Put the kibosh on terror.
This is a direct port of the CTSFO "MIL-SIM" model from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019). This took me several weeks to get done due to juggling projects for different individuals.
The CTSFO are the national police entity in the United Kingdom that assess, mitigate, and neutralise miscreant acts of terror, espionage, and integral security threats. If you plan to use this for realistic roleplay purposes, these uniforms should rarely appear, as local metropolitan police forces bear the jurisdiction over a vast majority of city, provincial, and borough crime.
I have separated the model's assets to what would make sense; for example, the police vest is separate from the G2 shirt and could be used for any other outfit you make. I have included all three texture variations from the original game. I've also assigned special physics to the gas mask attached to the MOLLE carabiner so it will realistically react with your leg movements.
This pack includes the following:
○ Condor G2 combat shirt
• Three textures: grey, black, and blue
○ Arc'teryx trousers with skid pads and boots
• Three textures: grey, black, and blue
○ PC, Pouches, & Transceiver
• Three textures: grey, black, and grey-black mag pouch accents
○ Drop kit
• Three textures: grey-black, and grey-black accents
○ Attached/Stowed Avon gas mask (with realistic physics)
○ Separated gas mask lenses ("hand_###_u")
○ Hellfox gloves
○ Tactical balaclava
• Two textures: grey and black
○ Authentic CTSFO police shoulder patches
• FAST helmet with transparent anti-flash goggles, IR strobe, and battery pack
There are no (known) bugs with any portion of this pack. This is compatible with any graphics mod.
HOW TO INSTALL:
I have organised each component and their texture(s) into their own clean folders so you do not lose track of what you are installing.
For this pack, it is best to use HeySlickThatsMe's MP Clothes mod and rename the .ydd and .ytd of each file to whatever slots are available for you.
That mod is here: http://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/mpclothes-addon-clothing-slots
For the main components, you will install (and rename if needed) them in the following directory:
mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > mpclothes > dlc.rpf > x64 > models > cdimages > mpclothes_male.rpf
I have included the helmet's install path in the pack itself.
CREDITS:
- Activision & Infinity Ward for the model, mesh, and base textures
- BILAL38 for being a bug tester and for providing the last two images in the above picture reel
- Rigging, scaling, assembly, weight painting, and texture map baking by myself

Great Job Man
@Shturman_EFT Cheers. The Barkov's Forces MP Male convert you requested will be my next upload, so stay tuned, mate. Plan to release it tomorrow!
This was my favorite skin to use when playing call of duty warzone when it first came out! I made my profile name be McLovin inspired by the movie super bad and thought of Fogil(aka McLovin) in this outfit being grown up as a member of a special police unit! Like he was inspired by the goofy cops he rode around with and decided to join the force later in life! I had so many laughs just killing players with this guy and them being like I got killed by McLovin!?! It was so much fun and I had so many great memories I made with my brothers during that time! Great work Welsh raptor for bringing this amazing outfit to GTA V for us! 🙏🔥🐺🔥💯
@WolfFire23309 Love to hear it, lad. I primarily used CTSFO II, Gaz's Claymore skin, and UDT Ghost. Saw a tonne of McLovins back then as well, haha.
@YourWelshRaptor i am very confused on how you actually install this i put the files in the correct folder but they don't show up in game any help?
@Envivity Rename the file names to your first free slots in each category (accs, decl, jbib, etc.) and put them in here:
mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > mpclothes > dlc.rpf > x64 > models > cdimages > mpclothes_male.rpf
@YourWelshRaptor how do i know what slots i have free?
@Envivity In the MPClothes directory, whatever your last number is for each component, you rename my files to the next free one.
For example, if you have accs_031_u.ydd as your last accs component, you will rename my accs file to "accs_032_u." If lowr_005_r is your last one, you would rename my supplied lowr to "lowr_006_r." Same for the respective textures.
@YourWelshRaptor i only have mp_f_freemode_01_p_mp_f_clothes_01 folder
mp_f_freemode_01_mp_f_clothes_01 folder
and mp_f_freemode_01_mp_f_clothes_01.ymt in the directory
@Envivity Back out one directory. The male files are in the dlc.rpf directory, not the dlc1.rpf. If you're missing this, it might be best to reinstall MPClothes, lad.
@YourWelshRaptor Sorry but its the same with the male too
@YourWelshRaptor i have tried everything reinstalling follow your exact instruction and nothing any help? I'm using menyoo and have nothing in any slots using your default files
@Envivity No idea what the issue is, then. Have you tried opening them to see the models/textures and then replace default clothing?
Could also be that you didn't add the mpclothes line to your dlclist.xml. Sounds like you did not install MPClothes correctly.
@YourWelshRaptor i have checked the clothes and the dlclist 1 question is it spelled mpclothes or MPClothes?
@Envivity
dlcpacks:/mpclothes/

Make sure you also have the MP Stub Patch mod installed:
